What happens when a white boy from Indiana ends up teaching fifth graders in South Central Los Angeles? The critics say… “A Touching Story,” “Gritty but hopeful,” “Endearing and charismatic,”Heartwarming.” It's “A talented blend of comedy and emotion.”

This is a MUST SEE one-man show written by and starring Jack Fry (Freiberger) which has been getting standing ovations before packed houses in New York and Los Angeles.

This funny yet poignant TRUE STORY will have you laughing and crying for a teacher having to deal with students, the system, an alter ego King Arthur and finally with his own fragile existence.

A PRAYER FOR MY DAUGHTER BY THOMAS BABE
(First played at Joseph Papp's Public Theater in New York 1978)

Dark, gritty, crime drama
about 2 corrupt detectives
interrogating
2 murder suspects...

Its bizarre, poetic quality and edgy dialogue make this a play to remember.  Almost all the characters display both their masculine and feminine sides as part of a game of manipulation as someone is going down for murder and no one is leaving the precinct.  Not even Detective Kelly, who's daughter may be on the verge of suicide.
